When my doctor gave me the consult for physical therapy, … More I called my insurance company for a list of ‘approved’ businesses in our area. I tried several who did not offer what I needed or were unable to help me with the approval process. When I called Shuster in Jefferson, I was beginning to wonder how to proceed for success.
Nikki Taylor…your Patient Care Coordinator, was a ‘ray of sunshine’ using her expertise to help me navigate the maze of health insurance approval for my therapy. I think I called her at least three times that afternoon with questions from the insurance person. Each time she was pleasant, presenting with a ‘we can make this happen’ approach, as we worked through the process. Thank you, Nikki!!
