When my doctor gave me the consult for physical therapy, … More I called my insurance company for a list of ‘approved’ businesses in our area. I tried several who did not offer what I needed or were unable to help me with the approval process. When I called Shuster in Jefferson, I was beginning to wonder how to proceed for success.
Nikki Taylor…your Patient Care Coordinator, was a ‘ray of sunshine’ using her expertise to help me navigate the maze of health insurance approval for my therapy. I think I called her at least three times that afternoon with questions from the insurance person. Since I’m right handed, I wanted to get back to normal ASAP. … More From day one I was given good exercises to do and they slowly increased in difficulty so I could get stronger and more flexible as time went on. With each session I got better and better until I was finally to the point where I had full motion, much better strength and can use my right hand and arm to do just about everything I could do before the bone break.
