Lauren
PT, DPT
Lauren is from the small town of Plumtree, located in Avery County, NC, where she grew up on an agricultural farm. She graduated from UNC–Chapel Hill in 2013 with a degree in Biology and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Campbell University in 2016.
Lauren enjoys treating complex cases of all kinds and has received additional certifications in vestibular and balance training, pelvic health, and postural restoration. When she isn’t at work, she can be found outdoors working in her flower gardens, living the farm life, tackling home renovation projects, hiking, biking, kayaking, spending time with family, or planning her next travel adventure.
Fun fact: Lauren loves learning about the world’s places and animals – and enjoys it even more when she gets to visit the places she learns about! A good documentary like Planet Earth makes for her ideal TV night.
